John and Bonnie Morris live near Pheonix, Arizona.

Bonnie was drawn to the ministry of the gospel by the Holy Spirit in 1974. She began as an adult Sunday school teacher.  Highly recognized by her spiritual gifts, she soon started teaching 15 hour seminars on the subject of relationships in main line denominational churches.  In 1986, with a growing desire to reach people with the message about the reconciliation of God, she and John, her husband, rented 5 homes and began to feed people; not only spiritual food, but natural food as well. John served as the Executive Director of an evangelistic outreach called “The Freedom Center” in Centralia, Washington.  In 7 years, they shared the gospel of salvation with over 4000, fed out 150 meals a day, jobbed and encouraged people on their personal journeys.  In 1995, Bonnie traveled in ministry for another 5 years, making every effort to reach her church friends and family with a message of faith and love. After some television evangelism in the states of Washington and California, Bonnie became ill and was forced to move to Arizona for the weather. It turned out to be a blessing as it afforded her the opportunity to write. Her goal has now become centered around getting people into the Bible as she and her husband continue to reach out to those in need.

Although Bonnie is the author, she readily acknowledges the added insight of her husband's thoughts that are present in every article.

John and Bonnie recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary and would like to share some short videos of their Joy with you.

WE REPORT; YOU DECIDE (November 18, 2012)

It has been reported that when Jesus hung on the cross, he made the statement: “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me”. Some attempting to explain this has stated that this was just Jesus in his humanity…???

I have never believed this report. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me is a statement of unbelief. Unbelief is sin. If, at the last moment, Jesus sinned, he could never have been offered as a pure sacrifice. Jesus has just gone through Gethsemane; he has discerned His Father’s will. He is on a mission. He has certainly learned and understood that His Father would never leave him nor forsake him.

We have a different report. We report, you decide!

From Aramaic of the Peshitta:
From the Ancient Eastern Text:

Matthew 27: 46
And about the ninth hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice and said, Eli, Eli, lemana shabakthani! My God, my God, for this I was spared! Footnote: This was my destiny.

Mark 15:34
And at the ninth hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying Eli, Eli, lemana, shabakthani! Which means, My God, My God, for this I was spared! Footnote: “which means” used by Mark …to explain translation from one Aramaic dialect to another.

Cross reference this understanding with Jesus final statement in Luke 23:46
Then Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, O my Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit. He said this and it was finished.

Jesus would not have accused His Father of forsaking him in one breath and then made the above statement. No, He said “For this was my destiny…into thy hands I commit my spirit.

WE REPORT; YOU DECIDE (November 4, 2012)

There are only 2 men in the earth; the first Adam and the last Adam.

When the first Adam was created, he was created weak / dependent. He lived for awhile in that dependency, and remained in perfect light. But he soon faced a decision; he was told that he was NOT to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He saw something in himself that was strong, and he felt capable of eating of that forbidden tree. He saw that he could create his own reality. He would eat of that tree and become wise. He did not remain weak / dependent! He despised his weakness. He despised his dependency upon his Father. He would not obey. He was strong! So he ate! It was his right to choose to eat! So he chose; instantly the light was gone and he slipped away into darkness. He had created his own reality. He was strong. He needed no one to help him.

The last Adam faced the same circumstance. He was weak / dependent. He would do nothing except first he saw (recognized) what His Father would do. Oh, he had strength of his own. In the most difficult trial anyone ever faced, (being put to death for someone else) he could have summoned 10,000 angels to deliver him out of it. He declared if there was a way out, it would be what he would prefer. But he remained weak / dependent. Why? Because he had grown in the wisdom of God and understood this: When I am weak / dependent, I am strong. Strong enough to choose rightly and stay in the Light, regardless of the circumstance.

It is not the outward circumstance of our lives that speak of True Reality. It is the choice that is made from heaven. It is remaining weak and dependent upon The True Source of Reality for that which is Life! Which man are you?

With all the talk on the political scene;

God is the Governor of all 5 governments in the universe.

God established a

(1.)Providential government in which he rules in the kingdom of MEN and sets up over it whomsoever He wills. In fact, the bible says He puts the basest (lowest) of men in charge. In this government those whom he sets in as King, President, etc., does not always do what God wants them to do because they still have their free will. But, He sometimes pulls executive order as needed to accomplish His purpose. So, we can rest, in faith, knowing God is our Governor, no matter who is in office.

FYI...The other governments are:

(2.)Moral Government with moral with the conscience, based on influence and response and is fulfilled in the Royal Law.

(3.)Animate Non-Moral Government ... Relating to animal life based on instinct and causation.

(4.)Material Law - Non-Moral Government... Covers the solar system or physical law.

(5.)Spiritual Law -which includes the Law of Grace, the Law of the Spirit of Life and the Law of faith; not exclusively.

KEYS of the Kingdom of Heaven

1. What are keys for? --- A means of gaining or preventing entrance into something… ie: The Kingdom of Heaven

2. Who did Jesus give the keys to? Peter --- Matthew 16:19

3. What door opened the Kingdom of Heaven ?

Had to be the door Peter opened…

Peter was the first to open this door… He preached to the nation of Israel as well as to the Gentiles, but it is obvious that others were able to open this same door once Peter fulfilled his commission as a very temporary trustee… (not a pope but one of us)…

Acts 14:27b - they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had OPENED the DOOR of FAITH unto the Gentiles.

While God is the one who truly opens the door, he always uses a vessel to work through. Would have been awesome to be Peter at that moment in time!!!

(NOT an exhaustive study of the keys by any means)….

Binding and Loosing

#2... Who did Jesus give the keys to? Peter --- Matthew 16:19

And I will give you (Peter) the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever you bind - that is, declare to be improper and unlawful - on earth must be already bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth - declare lawful - must be what is already loosed in heaven. In the context of this key opening the door of faith; this would seem to suggest that this verse simply says… the proclamation of the gospel has to be on God’s terms.

All this binding and loosing doctrine has perhaps been a little silly… We report…you decide!

"We Report, You Decide"

Taken from the Bible called “THE MESSAGE”

1st John 4:17

God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us.  This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we're free of worry on Judgment Day - our standing in the world is identical with Christ's.  There is no room in love for fear.  Well formed love banishes fear.  Since fear is crippling, a fearful life - fear of death, fear of judgment - is one not yet fully formed in love.

“We Report, You Decide” (September 7, 2009)

Hebrews 8:1 Now the main point of what we have to say is this: We have such a High Priest, One Who is “seated” at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.

Ephesians 2:6 And He raised us up together with Him and made “us sit down together”, giving us joint seating with Him in the heavenly sphere by virtue of our being in Christ Jesus, the Messiah, the Anointed One.

Strongs Dictionary: Heavenly: The eternal dwelling place of God; A realm of Spirit

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should “walk” in newness of life.

2nd Corinthians 5:7 For we ‘walk’ by faith, not by sight.

Should we, by faith, “live” in that place where God said everything is very good; where there is no sense of separation from the person and nature of God? Is it possible to “live” in that realm? Have we yet to realize something more of what the resurrection was all about; that we might “live” there, here and now?  Is this what is meant by heaven on earth?

Revelation 21:5-6 And He Who is “seated” on the throne said, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live (encamp, tent) among them, and they shall be His people and God shall personally be with them and be their God.  And He further said to me, IT IS DONE!  I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.  To the thirsty I Myself will give water without price from the fountain springs of the water of LIFE.

Could “IT IS FINISHED” have really meant IT IS FINISHED?

Colossians 1:16
For by him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him and for him.

Colossians 1:20
And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him (Jesus) to reconcile ALL things UNTO HIMSELF by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

The Revelation 5:13
And EVERY creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, AND under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, "Blessing and honor, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb forever and ever."

Isaiah 45:21-25
Tell ye, and bring them near, yea, let them take counsel together; who hath decreed this from ancient time? Who hath told it from that time? Have not I the Lord?  And there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Savior; there is none beside me.  Look unto me, and be ye saved, ALL the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me EVERY knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.  SURELY, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.  In the Lord shall ALL the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

Phil. 2:10
That at the name of Jesus EVERY knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that EVERY tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

2nd Corinthians 5:18b-21
God was in Christ, reconciling THE WORLD unto himself, NOT imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us; we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.  For he hath made him to be sin (a sin offering) for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

1st Peter 2:21 indicates that Christ is our example.

Hebrews 5:9a And being MADE PERFECT, he (Jesus) became the author of eternal salvation.

Hebrews 4:15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot share our infirmities; we have one who was tempted in everything as we are, AND YET WITHOUT SIN.

1st Peter 2:22 He (Jesus) DID NO SIN, neither was guile found in his mouth.

2nd Cor. 5:21 For HE WHO DID NOT KNOW SIN, for your sakes made himself a sin offering that we may through him be made the righteousness of God.
(See Vines Expository Dictionary Pgs. 22-23 Volume 4: Set - Z Index)

Hebrews 9:28a So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many.

Hebrews 9:13-14 If the blood of goats and calves and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who were defiled sanctified them even to the cleansing of their flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself WITHOUT BLEMISH to God, purify our conscience from dead works so that we may serve the living God?

"We Report, You Decide"

1st Peter 1:18-20 tells us that God's PLAN was to send Jesus: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received from the tradition of your fathers.  But with the precious blood of Christ as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.  Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.
The scriptures do not specifically say that God PLANNED for Adam to sin.  We do however, know 2 things concerning the scriptures on this subject; that God's DESIRE for Adam was to OBEY His word and that God also knows the future.

Dear John and Bonnie.

Since the scripture says that in our flesh dwells no good thing, how can you conclude that flesh means mind and body when the Holy Spirit dwells in our body.

Dear Carol,

This is a good question.  We are very blessed when our readers take time to really study and search out a matter.  It is the glory of a king to do so.

To answer, we would like to pose another question.  Where in the body does the Holy Spirit dwell?  Certainly not in the flesh!  For evidence of this, we need only to look at Moses Tabernacle as it is a type of the temple that Paul spoke of when he said, “know ye not, that you are the temple of God”.  The Holy Spirit did not dwell in the outer court which was a type of the flesh.   He dwelled in the most holy of all places, behind the veil, in a small compartment, yet inside the tabernacle.  Thus, we see there is no contradiction when the scriptures say that in the flesh dwells no good thing because the Holy Spirit does not dwell in your members. Remember your body is to be considered as dead.  This would not be possible if this was where the Holy Spirit dwelled.
